We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t right, here’s how we can help:
Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund in your bank account. In the event of cancellation, your payment will be returned to you within 5-7 business days.
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only through email or WhatsApp.
- Once shipped, our return policy will apply.
Return & Exchange Window
- At Tu Hai, we offer a 7-day ‘No Questions Asked’ Return Policy to ensure a hassle-free shopping experience.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
- Each order is eligible for return or exchange only once.
Exchange Process
- Exchange is processed after we receive and inspect the original item.
- If your preferred product is out of stock, we’ll contact you to suggest alternatives.
Refunds
- After a thorough check of the product, we shall issue store credit to your account with a Rs. 100 pickup fee deduction. We do not offer refunds in your bank account.
- Refunds in form of store credit shall be processed within 5-7 business days.
- Store Credits are only valid for 6 months.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
- For any return or exchange requests, please contact us by writing to info@labeltuhai.com or Whatsapp at +91 8195000643.
- Upload images if the product is damaged or defective.
- Make sure the item is packed securely with all original tags intact.
Important Exceptions
No returns/exchanges on:
- Used, washed, or damaged items.
- Orders paid via store credit/gift card.
- Items returned without original tags and packaging.
- If a wrong product or a used/damaged item is returned, it will be rejected. We can ship it back to you upon request (shipping charges apply).
Damaged or Missing Items
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share clear images and issue details via email.
- We’ll arrange a replacement or store credit based on the issue.
Pickup & Shipping
- For most pin codes in India, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup.
- If pickup isn’t available, you may self-ship to our warehouse. (In this case, shipping charges will be borne by the customer and we would not deduct 100 Rs pickup fee)
Client Refusal
- If the client refuses to accept the parcel from the forward agent and the product is returned to Tu Hai in India, the client will not be eligible for a refund or be able to claim any charge backs.
- COD orders refused at delivery will no longer be eligible for COD in future. We reserve the right to block future orders in such cases.
International Orders:
- For any international orders, Tu Hai is not responsible for paying any duties, VAT, or taxes imposed by the government of the destination country.
Final Authority
- The company reserves the right to make the final decision in all return/exchange cases.
